Inner Thigh Lift
While the upper outer thighs can be improved with a body lift, the inner thighs may need to be addressed separately. Again, this is a procedure specifically for patients who have achieved and maintained a significant amount of weight loss and have folds or excess skin in the inner thigh area that is bothersome. The most effective treatment involves removing skin along the length of the inner thigh, like the inner seam of your jeans. There is also some lifting in the vertical direction towards the pubic bone. This procedure can be staged after the body lift, or done simultaneously in patients who are good candidates. Again, this is a procedure that often requires a revision.
