Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)

Genetics, previous trauma, or congenital deformities may result in a nose that draws too much attention or just doesn’t fit your face. There are also functional concerns that may need to be addressed. The Vectra 3D imaging system we use in the office can manipulate your image, simulating what could possibly be achieved with rhinoplasty surgery. Functional concerns are also addressed to improve or maintain good airway function. It does take up to a year and a half to see the final results, and typically is performed after puberty. We perform cosmetic nasal surgery and only accept insurance for cleft related reconstructive nasal surgery.

Rhinoplasty: Taking the Next Steps

If you have questions, some of the answers may be found in the pre-op packet, available for download on this page. In the patient education section of our site, you’ll find informative blogs, videos and podcasts on this topic and many other aesthetic treatments.

If you are interested in a rhinoplasty, the best way to affirm your candidacy is to consult with Dr. Folk in our Denver practice. Simply call our office, or submit a consultation request.
